Mr Harris, Incoming Head of History at Beauchamp College.

Mr Harris took no time at all to establish himself as an incredibly effective teacher. Not satisfied with merely changing the lives of students, he has quickly taken on a number of leadership roles, including becoming Head of History after only two years of teaching.

Miss Hargrave, Head of Geography at Beaumont Leys School and Mentor for the Leicestershire Secondary SCITT.

Miss Hargrave has rapidly established herself within her school and has quickly moved on to become Head of Department. As one of our graduates, she also mentors out trainees to ensure that the next cohort of teachers are ready to make a difference.

Miss Laune-Hewage, Acting Head of Design and Teachnology, Rushey Mead Academy.

In only her second year of teaching, Miss Laune-Hewage has taken on the role of Acting Head of Department. A real testament to the quality of her practice and dedication to changing lives, she is now supporting a number of other teachers, ensuring they are able to deliver fantastic lessons that really promote learning.
