Sessions at the SCITT are varied and utilise guidance from the teacher standards, making sure you have had training in all areas, such as behaviour management, SEND, literacy. All teaching us a varied skill set and making us confident to teach on placement. There is a community feel at the SCITT, we learn together, eat in the shared space together, and support each other.
